Planet Fitness Officially Opens in Crestwood!

Approximately 500 People from the Community Joined in the Grand Opening Celebration

It was a celebration of fun, fitness, and community at last Monday’s Grand Opening of Planet Fitness Crestwood in Crestwood, Illinois. The event featured a ribbon cutting with community officials Mayor Lou Presta and Fire Chief Jon Bruce, along with Village of Crestwood Board members, Windy City Thunderbolts mascot "Boomer" and WTMX’s Lisa Allen with the Mix Road Crew.

Approximately 500 current and prospective members enjoyed live entertainment from 101.9 FM The Mix, in addition to giveaways and workouts lead by “Biggest Loser” winner Danni Allen, who is also the Marketing Director.

The new Crestwood location features over 300 pieces of state-of the art cardio and strength equipment, a 30-minute express circuit and a cardio theatre; fully equipped locker rooms, massage chairs, hydro-massage beds and tanning booths. The club is open 24 hours-five days a week from 12:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. on the weekends.

“We are thrilled to have such huge community support for our grand opening,” explains Allen. “Our goal is to provide a judgement-free fitness experience at an affordable price.”

From a limited time, the basic membership costs $1 down and $10 a month with no commitment.
