The long awaited opening of STACKED Pancake House in Crestwood will be Monday, March 5.

CRESTWOOD, IL -- The long awaited opening of STACKED Pancake House’s Crestwood location will be Monday, March 5. The restaurant will throw open its doors at 6 a.m. and the rest will be history. Owner Tom Demacopoulos is expanding his STACKED pancake brand after five wildly successful years in Oak Lawn.
“We’re going to hit the floor running,” Demacopoulos said.
The new STACKED breakfast and lunch eatery is located at corner of 143rd Street and Cicero Avenue in Crestwood. STACKED sits on the footprint of the old House of Hughes, so Demacopoulos is hoping to live up to the House of Hughes legacy.
