Windy City ThunderBolts Add Fireworks Nights To 2018 Schedule

CRESTWOOD, IL -- It’s not too early to start planning your next outing to Standard Bank Stadium in Crestwood to see the Windy City ThunderBolts baseball. Next season will feature 18 postgame fireworks shows after every Friday and Saturday home game in 2018. Each night will have a different theme, including Beatles, Star Wars, Princess, Elvis and more. New themes will be announced in the coming weeks.

The popularity of last year's shows and theme nights made it necessary to increase the number of fireworks nights in 2018. Every group area on Saturday nights sold out in 2017, including the suites, picnics, and #WinCity areas. Box seats were also tough to get as every lower level seat was sold out on Saturday nights. Upper deck seating was also scarce, including three games last year when Standing Room Only tickets were sold after seats sold out.

If you’re planning an outing for your office, church, organization or friends, reserve your Friday and Saturday game or weekday night seats before they sell out. Group tickets such as Standard Bank Stadium’s Executive Suites, Party Deck, Left Field Picnic Pavilion, and the very popular #WinCity Party Patio are on-sale now. Reserve the date now before they are all gone.
