Windy City ThunderBolts' Popular Elvis Night Returns Saturday

Get all shook up at the Windy City ThunderBolts' popular Elvis Night this Saturday, Aug. 18, at Standard Bank Stadium on Crestwood.

CRESTWOOD, IL -- It was 41 years ago this week when Elvis Presley permanently “left the building.” In honor of the king, the Windy City ThunderBolts’ most popular theme night -- Elvis Night -- returns this Saturday, Aug. 18. The evening features a pregame Elvis concert and fireworks after the game.

Gates open at 4 p.m. at Standard Bank Stadium in Crestwood. At 4:30 p.m., tribute artist John Elvis Lyons gets fans all shook up with a 70-minute concert. After the pregame show, the T-bolts take the field at 6:05 p.m. against the Washington Wild Things. Elvis music will be on tap all during the game and Lyons will be roaming the stands in his Vegas jumpsuit greeting fans and posing for selfies. Stick around after the game for the Windy City Thunderbolts’ world famous fireworks. As always, kids get to run the bases after the game.

Order tickets online at T-bolts official website, reserve tickets over the phone at 708-489-2255 or buy tickets on game days at the box office. Visit the team’s web site for more information. Standard Bank Stadium is located at 14011 South Kenton Avenue in Crestwood.
