Jimmy Butler Lists River North Condo For $1.45M: Wow! House
Now with the Minnesota Timberwolves, former Bulls player Jimmy Butler has listed 1 of 2 recently purchased River North condos: Wow! House
CHICAGO, IL — Former Chicago Bull Jimmy Butler is looking to sell one of the two units he recently bought for more than $1 million each in a 41-unit River North building. The Chicago Tribune reports Butler, a member of the Minnesota Timberwolves since 2017, has listed a three-bedroom, fifth floor condo for $1.45 million. The news report adds that Butler is keeping a first-floor unit in the same building that he purchased in February for $1.2 million.
Late last year Butler sold his six-bedroom, 10,000-square-foot mansion at 456 W. Huron St. for just over $4 million after originally listing it for $5 million in July, nearly two years after buying the house in Sept. 2015 for $4.5 million. Butler put the W. Huron St. home for sale after he was traded to the Timberwolves in June 2017.
Butler's newly listed condo in The Ronsley also has two bathrooms, hardwood floors and 1,700 square-feet of living space. Realtor.com says this unit is complete with a private elevator entrance and incredible custom Italian cabinets.
