Vince Vaughn Sells Penthouse at Palmolive Building
It took the actor five years ad a property split just to unload part of it.

CHICAGO, IL - One of Chicagoland’s most popular home-grown movie star has finally unloaded a prime property he’s been trying to get rid of for five years.
Vince Vaughn, a native of north suburban Lake Forest and avid supporter of Chicago sports teams especially the Blackhawks, sold a majority of the penthouse he owns at the Palmolive Building on Michigan Avenue according to a Curbed Chicago report.

Vaughn will receive $8 million for the 36th and 37th floors of the building overlooking the Magnificent Mile. He still owns the 35th floor, but that sale could be finalized soon, according to Curbed.
The actor known for his lead roles in “Old School,” “The Internship” and other comedies, first listed the entire three-floor penthouse at 159 E. Walton Place in 2011 for $24.7 million. This year, he split the property.
