Vince Vaughn Tries Another Way to Unload his Palmolive Penthouse

The actor and devout Chicago sports fan has split up the space and lowered the price.

CHICAGO, IL - Actor Vince Vaughn will divide his three-floor penthouse the city’s Palmolive building and attempt to sell the larger portion.

The Lake Forest native known for his roles in “Old School,” “The Internship” and several other comedic films in addition to his avid support for Chicago sports teams especially the Blackhawks wanted $24.7 million in 2011 for the entire space he owns at the iconic Art Deco building downtown. But his most recent attempt is an $8.5 million asking price on a two-level duplex, according to Curbed Chicago.

Before splitting up the space, Vaughn significantly lowered the $24.7 million total for the whole thing to $13.9 million.
