Bengtson's Pumpkin Fest Opens For The Season
The farm is open for the remaining weekends in September, and then every day in October.
HOMER GLEN, IL — Bengtson's Pumpkin Fest will open for the season on Sept. 13. The family-owned pumpkin patch has been opening every fall for over 38 years.
According to the website, admission includes kiddie rides, hayrides, a petting zoo, corn box, pig races, haunted barn, fun barn and a vortex tunnel. The fest offers discounted weekday admission, and rates will vary based on the day. Parking is free.
In September, the farm is open Sept. 13-15, Sept. 20-22 and Sept. 27-28. The farm is then open every day in October, as well as Nov. 1-3.

The fest closes for the season Nov. 4. The pumpkin farm is located at 13341 W. 151st St., in Homer Glen.
