Krema Coffee House Opening Soon In Downtown Lockport
The business roasts high-end specialty grade single-origin coffees.
LOCKPORT, IL — Coffee lovers will soon have another establishment to enjoy, as Krema Coffee House plans to open in downtown Lockport at 917 S. State St.
This will be Krema Coffee House's second location; its first location is in Plainfield, at 24038 W. Lockport St.
"We are so incredibly excited to be a part of this amazing community," owner Kacie Wadycki said of opening in Lockport. She hopes to open in July.

Wadycki said the business roasts high-end specialty grade single-origin coffees.
"We source from around the world," Wadycki said. "Supporting local is a big deal for us."

She added that the business gets milk from a local dairy farmer, and syrups from a women-owned business in Chicago.
"Krema works hard to provide a culture and environment of inclusivity and kindness for not only our staff but our customers as well," she said. "It’s a space where all should feel welcome."
The business will also offer a brunch menu with house-made pastries, gourmet toasts, and charcuterie and cheese boards.
