HOMER GLEN, IL — Clyde the parrot's family continues to look for him after he flew away two weeks ago from his Homer Glen home.

Clyde's owner Terry McCarthy told Patch the family had only had Clyde a few weeks, and he was becoming part of the family. He unfortunately got loose two weeks ago and flew off.

Clyde is the second parrot lost in the Chicago area in recent weeks. Last week, a Palos resident reported Lavergne, a 17-year-old parrot, missing.
