Homer Glen Collecting Valentine's Treats For Seniors
The village said it is looking for donations of hard candy, lollipops, butterscotch and other smaller Valentine items.
HOMER GLEN, IL — The Village of Homer Glen and charity group Home Sweet Homer Glen are collecting donations for Valentine treat bags for seniors in the community. According to the village Facebook page, the treat bags will be delivered to Marian Village and Victorian Village.
The village said it is looking for donations of hard candy, lollipops, butterscotch and other smaller Valentine items. You can drop off donations at Village Hall from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Donations will be accepted until Feb. 11.
