Homer Township Library Closed Until Saturday For Deep Cleaning

The Homer Township Public Library is temporarily closed after a staff member tested positive for the coronavirus.

HOMER GLEN, IL — The Homer Township Public Library is temporarily closed for deep cleaning due to a staff member testing positive for the coronavirus, the library said on its Facebook.

The library will reopen on Saturday at 10 a.m., and curbside services will also resume on Saturday.

Once it reopens on Saturday, the library offers curbside services seven days a week, and is open for walk-in visitors six days a week. The library's hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday and Wednesday; and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The library is open for curbside only on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
