Lockport Library Hosts DIY Trick or Treat Bag

The White Oak Library District is pleased to present the “DIY Trick or Treat Bag” program at its Lockport Branch Library, at 121 E. 8th St/

Have fun making a trick or treat bag out of an old t-shirt. Families are invited to get creative together by designing the finished bag. Participants are asked to provide the t-shirts, we will supply the decorations. Please register prior to the event.

The DIY Trick or Treat Bag program will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 14, from 6 – 7:00 pm, on the 2nd Floor, meeting rooms A and B.
