Lockport Plans Winter Wonderland And Festival Of Trees
The event will kick off from 1 to 4:30 p.m. Saturday at Central Square.
LOCKPORT, IL — Get in the holiday spirit and check out Lockport's Winter Wonderland and the Festival of Trees at Central Square. The event will kick off from 1 to 4:30 p.m. Saturday, and Santa will also stop by for a socially distanced and contact-free visit from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.
After the kick-off on Saturday, the community will have a chance to vote on their favorite tree through Dec. 6, according to the city. The trees will continue to be displayed through Dec. 13, and then will be given to families in need.
The event is sponsored by the Lockport Township Park District, City of Lockport and Lockport Township government.
