LTHS Cheerleading Takes Third At State Finals

LOCKPORT, IL — The Lockport Township High School co-ed cheerleading team took third at the 2020 IHSA state finals held Feb. 7-8 in Bloomington.

According to the IHSA website, Lockport scored 94.07, coming in just behind second-place Belvidere. South Elgin took first in the co-ed team competition.

Lockport earned its berth to the state finals by taking first place at the Joliet Central sectional.
