Sexual Conduct With Dog: Warrant Issued For Homer Glen Man
During questioning about an unrelated incident, police say Buscemi made statements implicating himself and images were found on his phone.
HOMER GLEN, IL — A warrant was issued for a Homer Glen man's arrest on a felony charge of sexual conduct with an animal, according to the Will County Circuit Court website. The warrant was filed Tuesday for the arrest of Bryan Buscemi, 41, of the 13800 block of West Dublin Drive in Homer Glen.
Police said the charges concern sexual conduct with a dog.
Will County Sheriff's Office spokesperson Kathy Hoffmeyer said the incident happened in Homer Glen but the complaint first came from another police department in July. Buscemi was being questioned by detectives in August about an unrelated incident when he made statements implicating himself. Police also found images on his phone, Hoffmeyer said.

Sexual conduct with an animal is a class 4 felony, and Buscemi's bond has been set at $50,000.
Hoffmeyer said Buscemi was not in custody as of Thursday.
