You’ve been jealous of them and to be honest, curious as to how that was even possible. But the reality is, they may be skinny fat. Thin on the outside but extremely unhealthy on the inside.
Seeing that individuals can eat whatever they want and not get fat may seem like a blessing, but it’s really a curse. It’s dangerous for your current health and can really harm you in the long run.
