4th Of July Fireworks 2021 Near Libertyville

LIBERTYVILLE, IL — Coronavirus cases continue to drop across the country while the number of those who are fully vaccinated continues to rise, which means there is even more reason to celebrate this Independence Day. July 4 is almost here, so it's time to find out what Fourth of July fireworks and festivities are going on near you.

Here's a look at fireworks and festivals happening in and around Libertyville so you can start planning now.

Fireworks are planned to be set off at about 9:30 p.m. on July 4 at Butler Lake Park. The village band concert will begin at 7:30 p.m., according to village officials.

Here is a look at other fireworks displays happening in and around town in the coming weeks:

• Mundelein Community Days, Fireworks Show: Community days will run July 3 through 5 at Kracklauer Park, 116 N. Lake St., Mundelein. Fireworks are scheduled for July 4 at 9:30 p.m. The full schedule of events is online.
