Libertyville High Dance Team Wins Class 2A Sectional Meet

The Libertyville High School dance team is state bound.

The team finished in finished in first place over the weekend at the Class 2A IHSA Dance sectional in Rolling Meadows, earning a trip to next weekend’s state meet. Vernon Hills finished in second place at the Class 2A sectional while Deerfield High School finished in third.

The state finals will be held on Jan. 29 and 30 at U.S. Cellular Coliseum in Bloomington.
