Man Arrested After Refusing To Leave Libertyville Gym
The 20-year-old Deerfield man faces a criminal trespassing charge following the incident at X-Sport Fitness last week.
LIBERTYVILLE, IL — A 20-year-old Deerfield man faces a criminal trespassing charge after he reportedly refused to leave the X-Sport Fitness in Libertyville last week, authorities said.
Togtuun Sukhbaatar, 20, of the 200 block of Inverrary Lane, stopped out to the X-Sport Fitness, 1163 S. Milwaukee Avenue, at about 2:30 p.m. on May 5 and requested a trial membership, according to a Libertyville Police Department report. Employees at the business told Sukhbaatar he did not have the right documents to set up the membership.
When he was asked to leave, he refused to. Police responded and took Sukhbaatar into custody.

He was released after posting a personal recognizance bond and is next expected in court on June 16.
