This dog was seen Friday morning, May 22 wandering by Washington Elementary School in Waukegan. He was wearing a collar, and according to the person who spotted him, he "almost got hit by a car and a garbage truck, but he walks calmly down the sidewalk which makes me think he has a home (and gets walked). He's just wandering around, marking his territory."
