“This is a fun way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day a little early with some craft beer, learn more about a great local brewery, and support community charities in need,” said Marie Grimaldi, one of the founding members of SPLC. “This is our first event as a new service group sponsored by the Libertyville Sunrise Rotary Foundation, so we’re hoping Lake County residents support our mission to help those in need in Lake County. It’s an easy way to give back and have some fun from the comfort of home.”

Tasting beers include Burning Red (Irish Style Red Ale), Farmer's Illegit Daughter (Belgian Farmhouse Saison), Mutterscholtz (German Style Hefeweizen), and Long Grove Lager. Beers must be picked up, under registrant's name, from Buffalo Creek Brewing (360 Historical Ln, Long Grove, IL 60047) between Friday, March 12 and Sunday, March 14 during normal business hours.
