Attorney with Finance Degree to Join LW210 Board

Lincoln-Way grad, Foundation for Academic Excellence partner to fill vacant seat.

NEW LENOX, IL — After whittling down a list of 17 applicants, the Lincoln-Way District 210 Board of Education has appointed Joseph Kosteck.

Kosteck holds a finance degree from Loyola University and is an experienced attorney. He is a Lincoln-Way graduate, a former director of the Lincoln-Way Foundation for Academic Excellence and a partner in the Foundation. Mr. Kosteck is a member of the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Knights of Columbus and served as president and treasurer of the Lincoln-Way Chorale.

“Mr. Kosteck offers both experience and energy. We are pleased to welcome him to District 210, and are confident his expertise will assist in achieving the Lincoln-Way mission,” said Board President, Dee Molinare.

Kosteck fills the seat vacated by Dr. Arvid Johnson.

It is anticipated that Kosteck will be formally seated at the next board meeting, scheduled for June 16.
