Flashlight Clover Hunt Planned By New Lenox Park District

NEW LENOX, IL — Spring is less than a month away, and the New Lenox Community Park District has planned several spring events, including a Flashlight Clover Hunt.

The hunt will be held on March 12 at Firefighters Park, 1 Manor Drive. Two different hunts will be held for two different age groups: 7:15 p.m. for ages 3-5, and 7:30 p.m. for ages 6 to 11.

According to the park district Facebook page, participants will have to find clovers during the hunt, and a few clovers will be specially marked for a prize. You should dress for the weather as the event is outdoors, and bring something to hold your collected clovers.

Masks will be required at the event.
