
NEW LENOX, IL — Lincoln-Way area families are invited to the New Lenox Chamber of Commerce’s 49th Annual Halloween Fest on Saturday, October 29 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Village Commons, 1 Veterans Parkway.
Event highlights include:
- Trunk-or-Treat (1:30 to 3:30 p.m.)
- Performances by the Liberty Jr. High & Alex M. Martino Jr. High Bands (1:30 p.m.)
- Annual Costume Contest (2 to 3 p.m.) Contest Categories: Birth-2, Ages 3-4, Grades K-2, Grades 3-5, Grades 6-8, High School, Family/Group and Overall Best
- Touch-A-Truck with the NLFPD (1:30 PM – 3:30 PM)
- Pumpkin Decorating Party (1:30 PM – 3:30 PM)
- Halloween Surprise Egg Hunt (1:30 PM – 3:30 PM)
- Coloring Contest Art Gallery at New Lenox Public Library (1:30 PM – 3:30 PM)
The event is free for all ages. Come dressed in costume – treat bags will be provided!
