Lincoln-Way Central Football Players Receive All-State Honors
Lincoln-Way Central was represented on the coaches' list following the spring campaign.
NEW LENOX, IL — Few people understand football players more than their coaches. That's why the honor of being named to the Illinois High School Football Coaches Association All-State Teams is a special one.
Football players from across the state of Illinois were recently voted to the list following a shortened spring campaign, which was preceded by a postponed fall season for 2020-2021.
The following local players were voted to the all-state teams by the IHSFCA:
2020-2021 IHSFCA ALL-STATE TEAM 7A
- Turner Doran (6'2", 195 pounds), senior, quarterback, Lincoln-Way Central, coached by Jeremy Cordell
HONORABLE MENTION
- Ethan Rossow (5'10", 185 pounds), senior, running back/linebacker, Lincoln-Way Central, coached by Jeremy Cordell
