Lincoln-Way D210 Honors 8 Retiring Staff, Teachers

Retiring employees are: Donna Cox, Rob Glielmi, Maggie Jager, Jeff Keller, Sharon Michalak, Dan Moore, Rose Schaefer and Pat Tutko.

NEW LENOX, IL — The Lincoln-Way District 210 Board of Education honored its retiring staff members and teachers at Thursday's board meeting. The board honored eight staff members and teachers who will retire at the end of this school year.

Retiring employees are: Donna Cox, Rob Glielmi, Maggie Jager, Jeff Keller, Sharon Michalak, Dan Moore, Rose Schaefer and Pat Tutko.

Physical education teacher Donna Cox has worked for the district for 35 years, according to board documents. She has also served as the head girls and boys gymnastics coach.

Rob Glielmi has worked for the district for 29 years, according to the board presentation. Glielmi had previously served as head football coach for Lincoln-Way East.

Maggie Jager has worked at the district since 1986; Jeff Keller, who has served as math department chair for 15 years, has worked at the district since 1994; Sharon Michalak, the current Lincoln-Way East principal, has worked at the district for 33 years; Dan Moore has worked for the district for 24 years; Rose Schaefer has worked for the district for 32 years; and Pat Tutko has worked at the district for 17 years, according to board documents.

"I want to thank all those individuals for their service to this district, and wish them well in retirement," Superintendent R. Scott Tingley said.
