Lincoln-Way Gymnastics Team Advances To Sectionals
The team had athletes finish in the top five in every single event.
NEW LENOX, IL — The Lincoln-Way gymnastics teams, comprised of gymnasts from all three high schools, has advanced to sectionals after placing first at its regionals competition.
According to the IHSA website, Lincoln-Way had a score of 144.6500, beating second place Naperville North, which had a score of 133.0500. The team had athletes finish in the top five in every single event, including:

- Lincoln-Way Central junior Grace Kmak finished first; Lincoln-Way West senior Korina Jarosz finished second; and Lincoln-Way East senior Allie Reis finished third
Floor Exercise
- Reis finished first; Jarosz finished second; Kmak finished third; Lincoln-Way Central junior Lucy Haas finished fourth; and Lincoln-Way Central junior Sarah Rosinski finished fifth
Balance Beam

Uneven Parallel Bars
- Jarosz finished first; Kmak finished second; and Lincoln-Way East freshman Natalie Hrkel finished third

- Kmak finished first; Jarosz finished second; Reis finished third; Lincoln-Way West sophomore Emerson Colins finished fourth; and Lincoln-Way East junior Skylar Koczor finished fifth
The team roster includes: Korina Jarosz, Allie Reis, Grace Kmak, Sarah Rosinski, Lucy Haas, Lexi Wikert, Skylar Kozcor, Olivia Gonda, Emerson Colins, Natalie Hrkel, Juliana Arciszewski, Jenna Krystyniak and Kyla Jedlowski.
