LWWC is a youth wrestling club that feeds primarily into LW West and Central high schools. Both high school coaches weighed in at the conclusion of the duals to share their feedback. Coach Brian Glynn of West stated "I was extremely impressed with both the mental and physical abilities these kids displayed at such a young age. I am extremely lucky to have such a great feeder program in place and can not wait for the future of LW West wrestling." Coach Tyrone Byrd of Central had this to say, "I am very proud of the level of competitive maturity these wrestlers showed this weekend. They didn't just show it in their wins, but in their losses as well. They seem to understand the concept of every point making a difference for their team. We watched as kids fought for every point in both wins and losses. I am extremely proud of the effort and attitudes displayed during the duals. Congrats on a well deserved Team Championship."
“We are so proud of these kids,” LWWC wrestling coach Jeff Harvey said. “They have put in the extra work all year and bought into our program and it has paid off for them. They are exceeding expectations on all levels and they should all be proud of what they have accomplished thus far. Our coaches go above and beyond to help these young wrestlers and to build our program, which only means great things in the future for LWWC along with our high school programs.” Coach Tommy stated "This is a special group of 10 & Unders and they are on the hunt for a Novice State Title in the next few years."
