LincolnWay Community Bank sponsors LoveMoves.Us 5K Walk/Run/Ride
Community bank to help raise funds for organization that supports families that foster and adopt children at virtual event from May 21 - 23
LincolnWay Community Bank is the presenting sponsor for the LoveMoves.Us Virtual 5K Walk/Run/Ride from Friday, May 21 through Sunday, May 23.
LoveMoves.Us is an organization dedicated to helping all foster and adoptive families flourish. The challenges of overcoming years of institutionalization, neglect, abuse and trauma can be difficult, but there is hope. With the right support, an evidence-based care model, and a network of people who understand the unique challenges of parenting a child who comes from another family, LoveMoves.Us can help families thrive.
“The need for families is quite clear,” said LincolnWay Community Bank chief financial officer, Jeff Baker. “Every child belongs in a family. Not everyone can foster or adopt, but everyone can do something. That’s why LincolnWay Community Bank is supporting this organization.”
