LW 210 Now Accepting Applications for Strategic Planning Committee

The group will meet the first Friday and Saturday in December.

NEW LENOX, IL — On October 3, 2016, Lincoln-Way District 210 began the process of strategic planning, facilitated by Dr. Robert J. Madonia. Madonia volunteered his services at no cost to the district during the board meeting on September 22. The District is now seeking applicants to join the Strategic Planning Committee.

The Strategic Planning process is a method for determining plans for the future and will be reviewed annually to monitor progress. Driven by the vision of staff and community members, Strategic Planning results in a common purpose, a common sense of direction, and priorities for change. Although the Board of Education has final authority over the implementation of the Strategic Plan, community input and expertise will provide great value to the decision making process.

The District 210 Strategic Planning Team includes a cross-section of individuals to represent all entities. The Strategic Planning Team will provide input to the Board of Education regarding the future of Lincoln-Way District 210.
