Man Charged After Hurling Glass Bottles At Pizzeria: Police
Police said Daniel Deinema, 34, was "verbally aggressive" toward a woman while throwing glass bottles at her.
NEW LENOX, IL — A New Lenox man was charged with aggravated assault after police said he threw glass bottles at a woman at a New Lenox pizzeria.
Officers were called to Beggar's Pizza, 650 W. Maple St., at 9:14 p.m., May 27, for a report of a disturbance, according to a police report. Officers learned that Daniel Deinema, 34, was "verbally aggressive" toward a woman while throwing the bottles at her, according to the report.
The woman asked him to leave the business, and said she was scared for her safety as the bottles came close to hitting her, according to police.

Officers located Deinema and took him into custody. He was taken to the New Lenox Police Department and charged with aggravated assault.
Deinema posted bond and was released, according to the police report.
