"So visually we decided to take some cues from the Fat Tuesday celebration in Louisiana and the annual Fat Tuesday Chicken Run, where locals of all gender, color and creed dress in wild costumes and celebrate in a very rowdy manner," the business said. "We tried to marry Polish and Cajun traditions visually while still keeping with both of our brand's overall identities."
