New Lenox Chamber Names Ranch Frostie Business Of The Year
The award "speaks to a business that is in our community and an active partner in our community that makes a difference."
NEW LENOX, IL — Ranch Frostie has been named the 2020 Business of the Year by the New Lenox Chamber of Commerce. Chamber Executive Director Emily Johnson announced the award at the Dec. 14 Village Board meeting, adding that the award "speaks to a business that is in our community and an active partner in our community that makes a difference."
"They go above and beyond," Johnson said of Ranch Frostie. "In 2020, they really stepped up to make sure that they were taking care of not just their customers and their community, but our first responders, our healthcare workers, and everyone."
John Sestak and Jackie Potocki have owned the business for the past three years.

"We're very surprised, we're very grateful," Potocki said during the board meeting.
Ranch Frostie sells ice cream, hot dogs, tamales, and sandwiches, and is located at 1259 N. Cedar Road.
