New Lenox Parks To Host Two Parents Night Out Events In August

NEW LENOX, IL — In August, parents in New Lenox will have two opportunities to take a night out thanks to childcare provided by the New Lenox Community Park District.

Parents' Night Out events will be held Aug. 14 and Aug. 29 from 6 to 10:30 p.m. on both days. For both events, parents are welcomed to drop off potty-trained children between ages 4 and 10 for a night of crafts, games, pizza and movies.

In a Facebook post, New Lenox Community Park District said parents hoping to attend the Aug. 14 event must register by Aug. 7. Those hoping to attend on Aug. 29 must register by Aug. 21.

The cost for children to attend is $24.

Parents are asked to dress children in comfortable clothes for the event.
