Burglar Hits Four Homes in 1 Hour
Police are asking residents to be alert to suspicious activity after several burglaries.

New Lenox, IL — New Lenox police are advising residents to be vigilant after four residential burglaries reported Sunday, June 19.
The burglaries occurred in the 700 block of Teal, 700 Block of Westwind, 600 block of Bishops Gate and 2100 block of Tower Bridge. In each case entry was gained by forcing entry either through the front door of the residence or the side door.
In two incidents the homeowner was home, and the offender fled just after forcing entry into the home. The offender was described as a white male, heavy build, with brown hair, last seen wearing a white T-shirt with "some type of red emblem on back," according to an alert from police.
