New Lenox Subdivision Could Become Reality: Report

New Lenox Village Board expected to vote on zoning changes later this month.

NEW LENOX, IL. — A proposed subdivision first introduced in the 1990s is moving its way closer to becoming finalized, according to a report by Daily Southtown.

Village Administrator Kurt Carroll told the Southtown that a zoning change for a 34-acre area of land was proposed by developer M/I Homes Chicago. The proposed site for the subdivision sits on the corner of Spencer and Nelson Roads, according to the Southtown.
