Retail Thefts, Drug Possession: New Lenox Police Reports

New Lenox police reports through Oct. 5.

The following information is from the New Lenox Police Department. An arrest or charge is not an indication of guilt.

Sept. 28

  • Crystal Rouser, 18, of Park Forest, was charged with retail theft at 10:04 a.m. at Walmart, 501 E. Lincoln Highway. According to police reports, Rouser stole $35 worth of items from the store.
  • Ryan Thrasher, 35, of Paw Paw, Michigan, was charged with retail theft at 9:39 a.m. at Walmart, 501 E. Lincoln Highway. According to police reports, Thrasher stole $90 worth of items from the store. Thrasher also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest out of Michigan.
  • Rosalinda Garcia-Perez, 39, of Joliet, was charged with retail theft at 10:04 a.m. at Walmart, 501 E. Lincoln Highway. According to police reports, Garcia-Perez stole $30 worth of items from the store.

  • Juan Cirilo, 41, of Matteson, was charged with retail theft at 9:08 a.m. at Walmart, 501 E. Lincoln Highway. According to police reports, the officer learned a man stole over $300 worth of meat from the store and fled. A description of the man and the vehicle he fled in was given and the man, Cirilo, and vehicle were found a short time later.
  • Tanya Anderle, 44, of Frankfort, was charged with retail theft at 12:51 p.m. at Walmart, 501 E. Lincoln Highway. According to police reports, Anderle stole over $50 worth of items from the store.

Oct. 2

  • Someone stole landscape decorations from two homes in the 2600 block of Schooner Drive.
  • A man stole over $300 worth of items from Walmart, 501 E. Lincoln Highway, on Oct. 1.

  • Ryan Juskie, 18, of Joliet, was charged with possession of a controlled substance at 11:26 p.m. at Lincoln Highway and Prairie Road. According to police reports, the officer saw Juskie's vehicle commit a traffic violation and conducted a traffic stop. During the stop, the officer learned Juskie was unlawfully in possession of less than 10 grams of cannabis and 15 pills of Xanax which he did not have a prescription for.
