Craft beer fans, a local favorite will soon bring you more options in the ’burbs.
Tribes Alehouse, with locations in Mokena and Tinley Park, is expanding to build an on-site brewery, coming soon to space adjacent to its Mokena location at 11220 West Lincoln Highway.
Tribes Beer Company will feature a seven-barrel, all steam system, reports Beer Advocate. David Kerns, of former Haymarket Pub brewing fame, will take on the role as head brewer. The beers will debut exclusively at Tribes locations, with plans for 10 handles by the end of 2015.

Tribes will offer a sneak peek of future brews in collaborations with Solemn Oath and BuckleDown Brewing.
