2 Men Accused Of Shooting Guns Outside of Hilton Face Felonies
Felony gun charges were announced for two Chicago men accused of firing shots outside the Hilton. Others involved also charged, police said.
OAK LAWN, IL — Felony charges were announced for two Chicago men involved in a fight outside the Hilton Hotel in Oak Lawn that escalated into gunfire early Tuesday morning. No injuries were reported.
Isaac Sharp, 24, is charged with armed habitual criminal and aggravated discharge of a firearm. Sharp is currently on parole for unlawful use of a weapon and faces a parole violation. He was released in April 2020 from the Illinois Department of Corrections.
Marcus Shears, 21, has been charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.

Shortly after midnight March 30, Oak Lawn police responded to a call of gunfire at the Hilton, 9333 S. Cicero Ave. police received a 911 call of shots being fired outside the hotel. Officers stopped two vehicles from leaving the parking lot.

Eight people, including five men and three women, were initially taken into custody.
Three were charged with possession of a control substance. Another person was wanted on a domestic battery warrant out of Lake County, IL, police said.
Sharp and Shears are set for a bond hearing Friday at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
