Congresswoman Newman's Staff Bring Mobile Services To Oak Lawn

Stop by Cong. Newman's mobile constituent services site for safe, outdoor consultations with staff April 15 at Oak Lawn's Centennial Park.

(IL-03 District)

OAK LAWN, IL — Congresswoman Marie Newman’s staff will meet with residents at a mobile site event Thursday, April 15, at Centennial Park, 93rd Street and Nashville Avenue, Oak Lawn. This is the first of many mobile sites planned across the 3rd Illinois District in the spring and summer.

While in-person activity is current suspended at IL-03 district offices due to the pandemic, the outdoor mobile service sites provide constituents with a safe, one-on-one consultation with district staff. These new sites will allow residents to meet directly with staff members for a 10-minute consultation about federal issues or services available through the office, such as assisting individuals with working with a federal agency, submitting grant applications, ordering flags, and more.

IL-03 District staff can also answer questions about social security, COVID-19 relief, postal issues, veterans benefits and more. Schedule an appointment.
