Constance Petreikis, passed away peacefully at her Oak Lawn residence on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at the age of 98 years. Beloved wife of the late Zenon. Devoted mother of Rima Puma, Leona Dalia (the late Algimantas) Siliunas, and Loretta Donya Petreikis. Loving grandmother of Steve (Lisa), Kevin (Teresa), and Antanas. Cherished great-grandmother of Haley.
