The Hat Guys Perform Free Father's Day Concert In Oak Lawn

OAK LAWN, IL -- Groove with the Hat Guys this Sunday, June 16, in a free concert on the Oak Lawn Village Green. One of Chicago's most popular cover bands, the boys in the fedoras will be putting their New Orleans Mardi Gras spin on a diverse selection of unexpected covers. The concert starts at 7 p.m.

The Hat Guys put on a slick, tight show with a lot of professionalism. We saw these guys once play on a 105-degree day at Halsted Street Market Days and they didn't let the crowd down, delivering a high-energy show. The show is part of the Village of Oak Lawn and Oak Lawn Park District's outstanding summer concert series. Expect to get up on your feet and join the dance team -- and wear a hat.

Bring your blankets, lawn chairs and snacks. Refreshments will also be available for purchase during concerts and movies. Patrons may bring their own beer, wine and snacks. Don't forget the mosquito repellant. The concert will take place on the village green across from Oak Lawn Village Hall at 9466 S. Raymond Ave.
