John F. Surane, of Oak Lawn passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at 38 years of age. Beloved son of Jack W., Retired C.F.D., and Pat, nee Doretti. Cherished brother of Brian (Diane), Kathy (Dave) Witkowski, Laurie (Andy) O'Brien, and Colleen (Steve) Matayka. Loving uncle of Jack (fiancé Lizzy), Brendan, and Patrick Surane; Kalie, Nolan, Ashley, and Peyton Witkowski; Shannon, Kevin, Maggie, and Lindsey O'Brien; and Molly and Maeve Matayka. Loving companion of Christine Fawley. Special friend to many especially his furry friend Max.
