Oak Lawn Library Extends Service Hours In March

After a year of service interruptions due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Oak Lawn Public Library will extend hours starting March 1.

OAK LAWN, IL — After a year of off-and-on interrupted and abbreviated service due to the pandemic, the Oak Lawn Public Library, 9427 Raymond Ave., will extend hours beginning March 1. Curbside pick-up service is available during all library hours. The new hours are:

Monday through Thursday: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sundays: Closed

Along with the extended hours, limited public seating will be available. Counter stools by outlets will be open, as well as temporary seating for those waiting or who need to rest. Seating and spaces will be regularly cleaned. Patrons are asked to continue to respect social distancing and to wear a face mask inside the library.
