From the nominators: It is an amazing place to workout. The trainers really care about your well-being. Roberto and Kristal Meléndez take a more personal approach to training their clients. I appreciate all they have taught me. I love working out with them. This is the longest time I have belonged to a gym. Everyone should meet them and try them out .

This place has kept me and my family sane and healthy through the pandemic. We go as a family 3 times a week. We have the entire gym to ourselves each time. MetaForm is an intense but family friendly environment. Roberto builds custom training programs for each of us. My Fiance is 21 weeks pregnant. My brother is 14 and brand new to working out. I am a lifelong athlete / Army Veteran. Everyone in the house looks forward to each session. Me make a night out of it each time we go. We all agree the gym makes us feel better physically and mentally. When the pandemic is over I am sure our "what did you do during covid" stories will include Meta Form.
