The varsity boys basketball team from Richards High School clinched the South Suburban Conference Red Division championship on Friday with their 86-64 win Shepard.
Head coach Chris Passafiume and the Bulldogs won their third straight conference title.
Albert Jones scored 17 points, Burtron Harper had 14, and Anthony Taylor had 10 to lead the Bulldogs.

Now 20-8 overall and 11-2 in conference, Richards will open the IHSA Class 3A playoffs against a tough team from Rich Central at 7 p.m. on Wednesday at Hillcrest High School.
