Chicago Ridge officers went to assist on an ambulance call at 12:44 a.m. in the 6500 block of West 106th Place, where police said they found Salvador with stab wounds to the chest, neck and head. His son was found inside the home and was taken into custody as a “person of interest,” police said.
The Cook County Medical Examiner said the father died from “multiple sharp injuries” and ruled the death a homicide.
