Wild Daisy Opens Oak Lawn Summer Concert Season Sunday

OAK LAWN, IL -- Break out the urban cowboy gear and face mask. Wild Daisy kicks off the first of six summer outdoor concerts tonight, Sunday, June 28, on the Oak Lawn village green.

Wild Daisy puts on a dynamic, energetic show, playing upbeat modern country hits with a few pop rock tunes thrown in. This band has been pleasing audiences with their interactive and entertaining show at the top outdoor fests in the Chicago area.

Refreshments will not be available for purchase during concerts. Please show love to your fellow patrons of the arts by wearing a face covering and practicing social distancing. We asked about capacity limits and many other questions about safety measures being put into place, but were only told by Tr. Paul Mallo (Dist. 3) that there will be signs for social distancing.

The village green is north of the Oak Lawn Public Library at 94th Street and Cook Avenue. Admission is free. Don't forget the hand sanitizer.
