Bulley was issued a $750,000 bond on Friday and is due back at the Bridgeview Court House on March 19, according to police.

On Jan. 27, just after 12:15 p.m., Taylor and Bulley were driving past other traffic on westbound 143rd Street to catch up with the victims' vehicle, police said.
